[Early in the day, people throughout the village might spot a suspicious rainbow streak jetting upwards into the sky. Higher and higher and higher she flies... Until, suddenly, that rainbow streak is rapidly plummeting down, faster and faster until there's a resounding CRASH!

Oh, was that your house she bumped into? Maybe your garden? Business? Whatever the case, there will be a few of these ridiculous crashes until Rainbow, being the stubborn pegasus that she is, moves onto plan B.

A bit later, something a little strange will appear... a cloud floating around the village. Now, seeing clouds in the sky isn't all that abnormal. Just another part of everyday weather.

But what about clouds that float ridiculously close to rooftops? Clouds that hover suspiciously over buildings, people, and are isolated from the others? Tiny clouds that, if one looks close enough, they may catch a bit of a rainbow fringe, sometimes a pair of binoculars, over the edge of the fluffy white stuff.

That's right. This cloud is spying on you strange people. ...Or whatever's up in the cloud, anyway.

Oh wait. No it's not. Whatever it is though it's plummeting fast right into the roof of Shiki's shop. She's...alarmed, needless to say. So she's going to bolt off of the porch and crane her head up.]

Hey! [...uh. She's just going to pause.] ...hello?

Stupid barrier. I'm just getting started!

[And then Rainbow Crash hops down from the roof, shaking off some debris that got caught up in her crazy, colorful mane.

...and then she turns around, um.

More hue-mans? Dang.]

If anyone asks, you didn't see anything. [No crashing, anyway.]

...there are more of you?! [Sorry Dash, everything you just said kinda just got ignored in favor of you're a talking flying pony.]

Duh. Where I'm from, there are ponies just about everywhere, and none of you hue-mans around.

You seem to be the only one right now...I think the other ones left. But if you're here, maybe they'll come back.

But then they'd be stuck, right? Somebody told me that the barrier keeps us trapped inside this place.

Well, it would be nice to have some other ponies around. Nothing against you hue-mans, but it's pretty weird being the only pony around.

Sorta. Most pegasus ponies live up in Cloudsdale, but they're still around Ponyville.

And...how far is Cloudsdale? Actually what is Cloudsdale?

Few miles above Ponyville, give or take.

'Course it's an actual city! Cloudsdale's where they make the weather and where they hold the Best Young Flyer competition every year.

I mean more like...does it have buildings and houses and stuff like that. But that's pretty cool about the weather. IT makes sense, I guess.
