[Early in the day, people throughout the village might spot a suspicious rainbow streak jetting upwards into the sky. Higher and higher and higher she flies... Until, suddenly, that rainbow streak is rapidly plummeting down, faster and faster until there's a resounding CRASH!

Oh, was that your house she bumped into? Maybe your garden? Business? Whatever the case, there will be a few of these ridiculous crashes until Rainbow, being the stubborn pegasus that she is, moves onto plan B.

A bit later, something a little strange will appear... a cloud floating around the village. Now, seeing clouds in the sky isn't all that abnormal. Just another part of everyday weather.

But what about clouds that float ridiculously close to rooftops? Clouds that hover suspiciously over buildings, people, and are isolated from the others? Tiny clouds that, if one looks close enough, they may catch a bit of a rainbow fringe, sometimes a pair of binoculars, over the edge of the fluffy white stuff.

That's right. This cloud is spying on you strange people. ...Or whatever's up in the cloud, anyway.

So... she's gonna watch him carefully, but not do anything just yet.]

[Skateboarding again...but don't think he's not watching. Because as we know, Roxas is always watching. Always. So when that cloud starts to move again he'll stop and whip around.]

Aha! [...and he's squinting up at that cloud.] Hey! I know you're up there! Maybe...

[Nope, not gonna say anything yet. You so silly, Roxas.]

...man, get it together, Roxas. It's a cloud. [Back to skateboarding!]

[Following quietly, Rainbow Dash is just gonna relax on top of the cloud, where she's mostly out of view. How long will this last?

..until she gets bored, probably.]

...I know I'm not crazy! Either rain or don't! You hear me?

[How about raining... right over his head?

Not much, just a light drizzle.]

Not. Quite what I meant. [Staring up at the cloud again.] Rain on somebody else, will ya?

[Pffff. She'll move the cloud over now and lean over the edge.]

Nah. But it's not like there are hue-mans like you back home.

[Okay, fair enough.] Yeah maybe, but did you really have to rain on me?

Hey, it was just a few sprinkles. Nothing a quick shake won't dry off.

So what's with the cloud? [How are you doing all of that?]

I figured a cloud wouldn't stand out as much as a talking pony, so I flew up and grabbed one.

[Yep, grabbed it. Oh, pony logic.]

How do you just...grab a cloud? I thought they were just fluffy and broke apart since they're made of water.

That's because they usually do break apart.

[A beat.]

Unless you're a pegasus pony.

So since you're a special pony you get to break the rules. ...cool. Think you could control all of the weather here?

I think that could be arranged.

[Maybe not the whole sky, but at least some of it.]

Maybe you could make it snow early. Like after Halloween.

I could try, anyway. Depends on how cold it is.

[And if there are, you know, snowflakes in the clouds.]

It gets pretty cold. You'll see soon enough. It's kind of a bummer when it does snow though...makes it harder on the skateboard.

Yeah, snow makes for some tough traction. You'd probably have to shovel a whole bunch out of the way to skateboard in winter.
