[Around the village, people are sure to find strange posters getting taped onto buildings, houses, businesses, trees, anywhere where people can't see 'em. Oh, and they're appearing at a rapid rate, as a rainbow streak zips around through the air, occasionally swooping down just long enough to put up more posters. These posters say:

"Tired of people staring because you look a little different? Hate when hue-mans freak out because you can talk?

And indeed, she will keep hanging around for a bit, stopping near poster sites to see how people react.

So, we all come from different worlds, some that're totally different from the rest. One thing I've noticed is that people still tend to act all confused when I tell 'em that Equestria has no hue-mans. Is it really such a crazy thing to grasp? I mean, it can't be any stranger than the crazy experiments the Malnosso put us through.

I guess what I wanna know is what you guys think of things that are totally different from your idea of "normal". Like 'em, hate 'em? Luceti's definitely good at shaking things up.

It's nice that people don't hate you right off because of what you are. [Because of how you are is a different debate all together, but he hasn't exactly figured that out yet.] But talking animals and stuff isn't really that weird to me or anything, since back home I could kind of feel what was wrong and all. I guess one of the strangest things are these wings.

[Which he flaps now. Hey, such warm weather gives him the chance to have his usual wear (which means no shirt) and he's enjoying it. A Taillow peers at Rainbow Dash on Chien's shoulder, flapping his own wings.]

But it sucks you can't even fly with them.

Ugh, tell me about it.

[She groans, giving her regular wings a light flap.]

What good are wings if you can't use 'em for anything? I'm lucky I've still got my real pair, but that doesn't make it any less annoying.

[But on a lighter note...]

But, you know, feeling what's wrong with animals sounds kinda like something Fluttershy could do.

[...ope. And she just left, too. Somepony's still bummed about this.]

[~~It's okay Chien will be your new Fluttershy--~~]

They can, huh? [hummm.] I want to meet them. Someone who can understand animals like that would be a better ally than the rest of these chumps.

[not including you, of course, talking ponies are always a delight.]

I dunno. They're not all bad, even if some of them could use a chill pill.

[Then again, Dash is from a society that preaches friendship and tolerance above all else.]

[Let him join your society next time, Dash, he could use with the lessons.]

They're all too trusting though. And nice. Stupid too. It'll get them in trouble if they're not careful. They don't have sense not to.

Being too trusting can be a problem, but it sure beats being huge jerks, doesn't it?

Not everyone who's a jerk is untrustworthy though. I mean, most are, but Soren here's one and he's trustworthy. [He's only teasing the Taillow, and the bird gives a sharp trill in protest. Sooo not a jerk.]

Well, yeah, but there's a difference between being kind of a jerk and being a total jerk that hates everybody and is totally self-absorbed.

[Jerks are fine in small doses, really! It'd be boring if everyone was smiles and rainbows.]

[... Well, he was worse before.]

Yeah, I guess. Are a ton of people at home trusting like that? Or are there big jerks?

Nah, there's definitely some jerks. Nopony's exactly the same. Some of 'em are self-absorbed, others pick on others for kicks. You've got your good eggs and your bad eggs, just like anywhere else.
